A History of Success in Moving and Storage
Founded in 1981 in Grand Junction, Colorado, Mesa Moving & Storage was built on the principles of Pride~Respect~Trust. Pride in our work, Respect for our customers, and Trust in each other to provide the highest level of service possible – every time. Over the ensuing years, Mesa built upon this foundation to expand from a single location on the Western Slope of Colorado into Salt Lake City, Utah, Denver Colorado, and Boise, Idaho. By 2019, Mesa acquired 3 more locations in Montana – Bozeman, Helena and Whitefish. In early 2024, the company brought on S&M Moving and Logistics in Fremont, California – further expanding Mesa’s services into the San Francisco and Northern California Region. Going Green
Mesa Moving and Storage strives to reduce our carbon footprint in a variety of ways. This includes utilizing energy-efficient electrical fixtures, motion sensor lighting, and auto-set thermostats in all of our offices and warehouse facilities. We’ve invested in larger crew cab trucks and 15-person passenger vans, thus eliminating the need for numerous vehicles to be on the road. By doing so, we are reducing air pollution and have cut fuel consumption by more than half in our efforts to transport our crews to and from job locations. We are also working in conjunction with the SmartWay Program to assess hauling activity and make better choices, thereby doing our part to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
