A History of Success in Moving and Storage
Founded in 1981 in Grand Junction, Colorado, Mesa was built on three core values: Pride~Respect~Trust. Pride in our work. Respect for our customers. Trust in each other to deliver the highest level of service every time. These principles continue to guide how we operate across every move, project, and market we serve.
From its beginnings on the Western Slope of Colorado, Mesa has grown into a leading provider of moving, storage, and logistics solutions throughout the western United States. Our expansion has been intentional, focused on building a strong regional network to better serve both residential and commercial customers.
Mesa expanded into Salt Lake City, Utah; Denver, Colorado; and Boise, Idaho, establishing key operational hubs to support growing demand. In 2019, we further strengthened our presence in the Mountain West with the addition of Bozeman, Helena, and Whitefish, Montana. In early 2024, Mesa welcomed S&M Moving and Logistics in Fremont, California, expanding our reach into the San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California.
Most recently, Mesa acquired CMS Relocation & Logistics and Sullivan Moving & Storage, adding new locations in Seattle, Washington; Phoenix, Arizona; and San Diego, California. This growth significantly enhances our ability to provide seamless moving, storage, and logistics services across major markets throughout the West, while continuing to deliver the high-touch service experience our customers expect.

Today, we are proud to be one of the largest and most successful United & Mayflower agents in the country, combining national reach with strong local expertise to support moves of any size, anywhere.

Going Green
Mesa strives to reduce our carbon footprint in a variety of ways. This includes utilizing energy-efficient electrical fixtures, motion sensor lighting, and auto-set thermostats in all of our offices and warehouse facilities. We’ve invested in larger crew cab trucks and 15-person passenger vans, thus eliminating the need for numerous vehicles to be on the road. By doing so, we are reducing air pollution and have cut fuel consumption by more than half in our efforts to transport our crews to and from job locations. We are also working in conjunction with the SmartWay Program to assess hauling activity and make better choices, thereby doing our part to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
