Warehouse Partner Offers Designer Services
Mesa’s safe and secure warehouses provide designers with a full-service receiving partner. Once designers order products for a project, it is essential to have a destination shipping address for potentially multiple vendors.
Mesa has the capabilities to receive deliveries of any size and weight, unwrap and inspect for damage, photograph and report imperfections, and can provide specialized handling, wrapping, and storing securely. Once the design project is ready for installation, Mesa will deliver, unwrap, and place under the direction of the designer. Keeping the destination site clutter-free, Mesa will remove packaging and crating debris created from delivered products.
Warehouse Receiving
Manufactures and most vendors require a commercial address for delivering furniture. Mesa’s warehouses are capable of receiving deliveries, securing proper documentation, and staging as required for a specific project.Product Inspection
Since furniture and other products are shipped crated or wrapped, it is not always possible to do a visual inspection without carefully uncovering for examination. Mesa provides product inspection services which include photographs and documentation. This ensures there is no delays in delivery.Storage
Special care is given to items received in a Mesa warehouse. Design products are protected by crating, pad-wrapping, or shrink-wrapping. Designer warehousing storage entails documentation and accurate tracking of items by project. Whether staged for a quick turn-around or stored on over-sized-item racks for multi-phase delivery and installation, Mesa works closely with designers to meet the needs of each project.Delivery
Once a designer project is ready for installation, delivery is scheduled, and the product is pulled and placed on a truck. Upon direction of the designer, Mesa will carry and place items. We will also remove any protective materials and dispose of any debris created by delivery from the Mesa crew.Consolidation & Staging
We can coordinate shipments from multiple vendors, bringing everything together for an organized installation. Our team carefully stages each item at our facility so it's ready to go when your project reaches the installation phase.Installation
