We are so proud of Kevin Head, the President of Mesa Moving & Storage, who is ready to begin his adventurous trek of Crossing America on Dirt. His Salt Lake City staff gave him an energetic farewell just before he was interviewed by the Fox 13 news team on Wednesday.
Kevin has always felt strongly about honoring our U.S. Military. He is knowledgeable of the support our wounded veterans need and is passionate about doing what we can to help provide programs for them. Kevin is also an avid motorcycle enthusiast. About a year ago, he had a vision to combine his love for the great outdoors with a fundraising event for Wounded Warrior Project® and that is exactly what he is doing.
Beginning July 1st, Kevin will embark on “Crossing America On Dirt”, a 5,000-mile off-road motorcycle trip to raise funds for Wounded Warrior Project®. The five-week trip will follow the Trans-America Trail starting in Morehead City, North Carolina and finish at Battle Rock, Oregon. The ride is to honor those who have served our country and to raise money for WWP®.
Kevin has set a lofty goal of raising $50,000. As of today, his efforts have collected nearly $32K.
